As a new company, it is only me providing customer service. Our customer service hours for text will be from 10 am to 6 pm EST every day, but you can email us any time and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!

The reason we are asking for text and email — and not call — is because there is only two of us running every aspect of our business: bookkeeping, operations management, photography, video editing, product research, social media, etc.

Answering phone calls all day would break the focus necessary to effectively manage all of these areas that need time and attention.

If the problem can't be solved quickly by text or email, and the situation requires phone call, then we will gladly call you! As we expand, we definitely plan on improving our customer service ability to take your phone calls. Thank you for understanding!
